"Operating expenses due to expansion" - You do realise OVT has no business and no funds. IDSB sale would be a drop in the ocean to what they need and would fall well short of the $18M they need. iSentric profitable - Sorry, don't see that.
Based on your comments it appears you are in this company for the long haul and believe it can succeed. Good luck with that as historically speaking OVT hasn't succeeded in anything they have done. iSentric business is well on the decline, IDSB they couldn't do anything with and are trying to sell it, in BNPL the person they got suddenly couldn't commit to the time needed in the USA. So what part of OVT has ever been a success to show that these guys know how to run a business? Two of the previous investments by Finran, according to their website before it was shut down for maintenace, was PIL and 1TT. If the performance of those 2 companies is anything to go by I would be worried in regards to a viable, long term business for OVT
