with the expiry 31/12/2012 with an exercise price of 6c

That is a total amount of EXM options on issue being 390,593,117 that have a different time line that the new share placement and management deal. If management get the share price to 4 cents by 2014 that may mean current option holders may as well throw them away especially the EXMO's

I hardly trade options so do not have much of an idea of option trading but those figures do not look too attractive to me.
