As Rocketboi states this is just an update to state they are still trying to find the $100m however now intend to use the funds to chase opportunities in Australia and Africa
I think the Ann was just a formal notification of divorce so that both Companies can be treated as separate entities.
SDL, at least, will no doubt be trying to get re listed.
Without a formal ann stating they are no longer (at present anyway) looking at SDL, there would be too much "speculation" in the market that ANS still intends to try and raise $100m for the purpose of renewing the SDL deal.
This Ann may satisfy one of the ASX concerns in regard re listing............
