I think the Ann was just a formal notification of divorce so that both Companies can be treated as separate entities.
SDL, at least, will no doubt be trying to get re listed.
Without a formal ann stating they are no longer (at present anyway) looking at SDL, there would be too much "speculation" in the market that ANS still intends to try and raise $100m for the purpose of renewing the SDL deal.
This Ann may satisfy one of the ASX concerns in regard re listing............
Just my opinion.

It seems that ANS are no longer courting SDL. Did one party cheat on the other? Oh the gossip.

I agree, this is a formal notification of the divorce, to show clear separation.

Interesting times ahead.
