"Couldn't agree more"Aha, I am certainly not saying the SDL deal will be resumed, but of course if the money actually turns up all options are back on.
Is ANS hinting that they will go it alone with an African option (in Cameroon perhaps)? Who knows, but they apparently have been the ones negotiating with the Cameroon Govt and it was WAPRC (on behalf of ANS) who also brought some big names to the table to demonstrate future support.
It seems to me that SDL's role in all of this has been reduced and the unknown is how the Cameroon Government will act!
- If they intend to favourably act toward SDL (for old times sake
) once financial support is crystalised then ANS may need to revive the SDL deal.
- Or SDL may now have other options for financial support, but if you are an SDL holder you would certainly hope they had not become invisible in the eyes of the Cam Gov ?
- Or will one of the bigger players brought in usurp both Companies on a way forward?
(I have already commented on an SDL thread in regard SDL Congo tenements)
Actual money turning up may help answer some questions, but that seems to be proving rather difficult!!
All just conjecture and guesses and no wonder ASX ensured no trading until sorted...........
