Well, just to chuck a bit more sizzle to the fire - If $100m is injected in the Company maybe your new majority owner may prefer it stay de listed (After all, it wasn't their request to get de listed)
Of course he'd have to deal with 4,000 odd other shareholders in line with the Corporations Act but sure they could handle that!!
