Thank you for at least replying to the actual issue. (I was beginning to think my posts must come out in another language!!) Firstly, I will state I was not suggesting anything particular would happen, it is just worth looking at what might happen. Of course, ANS could list on another exchange which would simply mean that they would need to meet that exchanges criteria and comply with their rules. For you to trade you would need to access a broker who can trade on that exchange. Depending on the exchange it might be a bit of mucking around but all doable, although not all exchanges will offer the same level of protection. My query was just in the event that ANS (or more simply your new majority owner) might prefer to stay unlisted. Holders are still protected by Aus Corporations Act however the Company is not bound by ASX listing rules such as continuous disclosure, reporting guidelines etc (still need to supply financial reports and maintain a share register). It is worth noting that some Companies prefer to stay off the boards and do deals privately and also preferably not deal with a myriad minority holders. Obviously the main issue for holders would be trading their shares and being able to recognise value of those shares. This would be very difficult for small holders and selling would most probably depend on an offer being made by other interested parties. There are a number of other issues, such as receiving timely information, however I will leave it there. Please note, Mr Ding may have absolutely no intention of going down this path, however this whole saga has raised questions about what is really going on in the back ground and it appears ANS is quite content to accept the inevitable delisting!! It is always worth exploring the ins and outs of possibilities, particularly at this spec end of the market where retail holders are often burnt.................
