They don't need to give away a master plan in a rights issue prospectus. They're able to use 'general working capital' or any of the other terms they've used in this announcement.
I'm hoping everyone here joins me in voting no for the additional options on this CR to send a message that we're being overlooked (the shares don't need approval so no harm done there).
I believe it unwise to not vote in favour of the CN issues already announced.
