Always a positive to see a CR done at a negligible discount. Liu has prior history with management being a major shareholder in another Eckhoff DRC play (OKR) so it looks likely there's a bit of a 'nudge nudge wink wink' element to this deal.
Good to see mention of additional projects being assessed. TAR is slowly positioning itself as an exciting DRC cobalt player.
Expect a bit more sideways action before the real fun starts in a few weeks.
