Disappointing. However, for the company to raise the 25M, those investors see it as worthwhile. I think the company is being discerning and just financing up to cover the slower timeframe towards approval and production. Nothing to panic about and a good time to stock up as I do think it is still in a good position overall. The court case just delays matters. If the court result had not gone against us, we may be above 20c or even more. time will tell. all the best.
