My two cents in summary:
Positives:
- Institutionally backed reflecting confidence in SVL
- Healthy cash balance for the foreseeable future
- Further exploration sounds promising and now has the means to implement
- Market closed at a decent price considering size of dilution
Negatives:
- Not offered to retail investors
- Confused about the "sophisticated investors" on the CR description, not sure if this means certain retail investors got access...
- Released shortly before market open giving minimal time to digest
- Presentation repeats a lot of the same story we have heard before, was hoping to see more on new achievements / results and next steps
