Amigos, they have included this announcement (which has not been completed) in the September quarterly report without stating that it occurred outside of the period (ie announced on 1st November). Also, the placement of the shares comes with a 1:1 option at 0.02 cents. Is that money for jam, or what? Who are the lucky Bs? How can the board and accountant sign off on this process?
