    Hi Sharebroker.

    I had a look at anx and you are right. It was a poorly handled raise.

    However, I see three notable differences. Management, potential and CR raise price.

    Not sure why anx management were happy with such a low raise? However, Tm1 have a proactive management, great potential with discovery and a solid raise.
