Positive steps forward:
- raising at a small discount to market (to be expected but not too cheap)
- enough raised to get to next stage without flooding the market with new paper (and loss of control)
- new director puts his hand in his pocket to back the helium strategy (good to see they are putting more in than taking out by salary!)
