Something doesn't feel right about this raise. I suspect it was negotiated when the price was higher. THen tower came out and some investors pulled out.
The amount raised is odd, they could've gone a lot more. They have a habit of going for what they can get. But the price was a premium. I bet after tower was released they revisited their draft bids and some pulled out.
