One can buy on market at the same price point as the offer, minus the options allocation. If/when sp improves on production news, (provided production is in fact reached), there will be a lot bailing at 1c or even leading up to 1c. Highly doubtful for sp to reach anywhere near 5c or above - maybe in 5-10 years time and only if helium surfaces and sold for good money along the way.
BNL has disappointed so far, no reason to think it won't again - will $3mill minus costs be even enough?? Another 6-8months to wait and see whether they will indeed produce anything, apart from hot air (after all, there are continued discussions without as yet definitive outcomes).
Meanwhile, sp may even dip further along the way - so won't be rushing in any time soon even at the current price. AIMO
