Although not far off the Dalton Highway, they do still require an ice pad and a short ice/snow road to service.
For some comparison, Icweine#1 was drilled during the 2015/16 season from a gravel was on budget at US$16.1 mill. I expect there have been some inflationary pressures on prices since.
The Hickory well is targeting a marginally deeper TD(from memory).
The quarterly is due by the end of month, this should provide a clearer picture of the financials, noting that an update can drop at anytime.
