Webral, Sorry to "put words in your mouth" I'm still trying to learn as much as possible about these types of deals. I think that Chris Clower, former head of Merril Lynch Investment Banking for all of South East Asia, and David Putnam , former head of Asia for Houlihan Lokey probably know more than you and I combined. I for one am going to wait and see how this plays out. I highly doubt that directors and officers of that caliber would try and mislead punters about the terms of a deal. I have looked at the vwap of wmn shares over the last several years. It's a multiple of current trading price. I'm sure Lanstead, and WMN management have vetted this out. They don't seem to be the types to fall into a financing death trap.
