The way I see it is very positive. The farm out negotiations are progressing well but the performance share issue needs to be addressed. I am unsure why they think they should get performance shares when they clearly didn't hit the targets THEY SET?? It's a no brainer and they should just move aside and let PU get on with it. In my opinion they are being unreasonable and trying to run the company down so they can sell the asset out from under us. Pretty poor form and hopefully once done with, the farm out can transact and the project will be off and racing. Frustrating for everyone, but all part of the game in deals with greedy vendors
