    maybe they are very sophisticated and were happy to pay 2.2 cps for a hell of a lot of new ICR shares incl. whatever else they were entitled to, i didn't read it all as not relevant to me as I don't qualify as a 'sophisticated' investor.. hopefully the $$ raised will lead to business growth and rises in SP
