    Did not take up the offer and wondering what has actually changed.
    can only conclude that someone wants a significant shareholding as the company may start to generate income.
    Surely an announcement will be forthcoming if the aggressive buying continues in the coming weeks.
    I would expect at least a speeding ticket from ASX
