Not in the slightest. Have u any idea how much it costs to start a mine? This mob have peanuts in the bank and at 0.016 cents it would need to do a CR of billions of shares to get anywhere near the cash to start mining. I remember this stock at 11c so adding 0.4 to the SP doesn't rock my boat. No matter what they do it will require a massive dilution or another consolidation and then dilution. You should be buying up millions of shares with your enthusiasm.
