    AAR looks to have broken out of >10 Yr down trend, made an all time low end of last year, completed the higher low routine (Looks like a C&H set up), recent volume suggests accumulation, MAs are on top of each other & this weeks candle has broken resistance and it is on a PSAR buy signal.
