It's still adding 2% of the register, at a big discount to close, and a huge discount to last raise when good news is supposedly imminent. Wouldn't have thought a convertible would be hard to pitch here, pay a decent but not outrageous coupon with the right to convert if the share price rises on approval.
Instead a sweetheart deal to the nearest and dearest. I would love to know who participated...
