There more than likely is a very good reason as to why they have done this...

It is not about the money.....it is about securing agreements with customers/partners... This strategic investor obviously has something they want and I would consider it more of a payment for services than a funds raising exercise....

The investor gets cheaper shares and then provides them with something in return....

I would expect to see some movement on this front soon...

We should know in the near term....
