Actually 25 million are in Escrow. 15 million held until its all finalised with Xped, which they have estimated as possibly March 2016 and then 10 million for 24 months.

So the obvious advantage is 30 million issued almost all held and not able to be sold. Money for jam, and a safe place for current investors. Fantastic news really!
