As @strauss says, it's worth a punt that Management are awake to the fact that a tech play is money for jam. With approx 230M shares on issue, a little cash in the bank and the possible sale of mining assets, EXM would fly on news...
Honestly, I can't see any reason why they'd not go for a tech acquisition. It's a case of wash, rinse and repeat the success of ODN.
