    Hans Mende was a director of WEC some time ago and I expect he has still a pretty good businness relationship to White directors.  Therefore I assume Mende/AMCI would have taken up additional 20 Mio shares from the shortfall some weeks ago - if they have wanted. 
    Arranging an extra placing just for AMCI/Mende would be suprising at this point in time.
