On second thought it does look worrisome now, they did couple of cap raises and when they ran out of ideas they are thinking of spinning it off and selling them . This could be the reason why they only raised 3 million. This may go well into low 30s, I'll look at the 4c and then decide whether to hold or sell for a loss. Long term it can go either way but short term lots of pain to shareholders.
