As one does at times, received the call today from the company (or representative) checking whether I'd received the paperwork and was participating. I was told that the last closing price was 4.7c and that the offer represented a discount from this. Needed to advise the gentleman to check his facts. I noted that the current market price was under that of the offer and he had no idea (apparently). Not cool.
