They should have delisted from the ASX last year and raised capital as a private startup in the US where VC funds are fighting over companies & firehosing them with cash.

@Salubrious & @budfox26 - a while ago you posted an article pickup on Jaxsta (this one) written by Trung Phan at The Hustle, which is basically the equivalent of the Australian Financial Review for VCs in the US. So we know Jaxsta has a potential way into the US VC ecosystem (even if Jacqui or Jorge haven't realised this yet).

@LD99 - you mentioned Royal.io in a previous post too (https://royal.io/) which has taken exactly this route (article here), raised US$16M (at probably a US$75-$100M post-money valuation. Note Royal.io only started in 2021, has zero revenue and is currently nothing more than an exciting/hyped story. The US funding market is that hot right now & it seems a massive oversight that Jaxsta isn't tapping into this.

Jaxsta has a great story & a geniunely charismatic CEO. However their amateur marketing to everyone outside the music industry is causing them to miss a lot of opportunities.
