frankly, this is why you use brokers rather than an MD negotiating with a bunch of chinese guys who clearly wanted optionality and then when the market went against them, they run away. if the MD had more business sense he would not have given them this opportunity. while the geological potential of the companys acreage will be the ultimate test, lets get the MD back to geology rather and deliver on the drill bit.
