Im thinking having a highly credentialed commercial lawyer in Richard O’Shanassy appointed recently as MRR’s non- executive chairman leaves us in a good position to establish the legal upper hand here. SP has been pushed down heavily for a reason too and whether it’s the cornerstone investors or not I’m not too sure, could be setting up for an aggressive T/O before the potential becomes more apparent.
