(ASX: KSS, Frankfurt: KS1) (Kleos or Company), a space-powered defence & intelligence technology company, advises that due to circumstances outside the Company’s control, the previously announced placement (ASX Ann: 31 January 2023) has been reduced to A$2.4 million, with funds totalling A$1,562,800 received to date and the balance to be received by 28 February 2023, due to delays in international funds transfers.
