For example Sam Garrett when with ECR was issued a notification of dealing form, under market abuse regulations for disclosing insider information and if you remember in, on or around every capital raise theres been an unusual spike in volume and price, both queried by the asx but nothing happened. As for the other directors they have some interests in drilling companies (maybe the third parties being paid to do the work for Flynn?)other issues too, which I won't go into, this is already too long winded
