News is not much relevant to LKE unless LKE has some stake in Lilac. The advantage for sophisticated investors got more shares earlier than SH and have started dumping shares on news. There will be also cut back on SSP if oversubscribed. Question, why didn't company wait SPP process to complete before issuing more shares to sophisticated investor. They are more likely dump at 10-15% profit anyway.
