Considering recent choppy markets I think it was good idea to strike with a little raising. Considering the recent Appendix 4C GBI now has sufficient cash to fund the company until Q1 2011 which by then I'm quietly confident that it will be spewing off the cash or have been sold.
Interesting to note that the placement was done via Ordinary Shares at NIL discount to the current trading price. Very positive and a sign of high quality longer term investors!
Expect SP to test new highs in the coming weeks
