Disco, On past performance with all the placements, GDN did not have enough cash to finish any well when they applied to drill, so why would this be any different now. If this was required by Utah O&G would you not think that it would be in place when making the application. Maybe not, dont know if much thought goes into GDNs decision making.
I feel my conspirecy theory is more correct. Give your Cunningham buddies some nice profits now and maybe they will put their hands in their pockets again when you want some more. Need to get some credability back after the option flop. (Glad I did not take up). Besides para #3 drilling costs, need to pay themselves for the next 4,5,6,7 months while they find some more water.
