Yes, I agree Elite. It would be nice to get some more at 2.85 cents as an exisiting holder. Maybe news is pending of a similar offer for existing holders.
None the less IMO it's a vote of confidence that $5 million has just been injected in at 2.85 cents, considering the s/p is trading around 3 the discount is reasonable.
