Maybe that explains the price stagnation/creeping down even on good news...

If i was a sophisticated investor that had say 2 million gdn shares... and was offerred 2 million shares at 3c plus an option...and the shares were trading at 4.5c or 4c etc would a wise person know that on announcement of the placement the shares would fall...so sell the shares they have....with the proceeeds have a guaranteed 30% profit...its like a short sale.... and free oppies...

Thats just the way it is....unfortunately
