As share placements go, this one's quite interesting:

4,000,000 shares (so adds about 1.333 % to the issued shares) @ $0.016, which is rather more than last traded 0.012.

SP has been jiggling up and down a bit recently, but hasn't seen 0.016 for a couple of months.

So somebody thought it was worth paying a premium: I would guess (and it's only a guess) that this is effectively a preliminary issue of the substantial share placement foreshadowed by an announcement in September concerning as major share issue, also @ 0.016, to major shareholder 'Clever Talent Group'. That issue requires AGM approval , which hasn't happened yet.
