1 for 10 non-renouncable rights issue just announced at 8 cents. Prospectus likely end of March and closing date late April I guess.

Well with shares trading at 8 cents today TTR will have to produce some magic if they want the issue supported. Share holders will want to see a substantial drilling campaign well underway and project funding secured. Have not seen the Buy side of the market this weak for a long time....understandable.
