I agree that the placement price of 0.0035 is at a substantial discount to current market, however FER raised $2M, and the market seemed to take to it, as price appreciated after the announcement.

I guess the market thought, those investors that put $2M, must have belief in the company, as it is not like they can dumb 570M shares on the market to make a quick buck as the volume traded would not allow it. They simply must have faith and belief that they will get substantial returns on their investments in the longer term.

Also, I need to correct one of your statements.

The Option exercise price is 0.01. THe purchase price of the oppies are 0.005.
