I smell a rat here. 6% makes them a substantial holder and may make a impression on voting power if allowed to vote at the upcoming GM IMO. Questions should be asked about this issue especially with the upheavel going on in the company at this stage and the meeting being held this week.

Maybe I am getting paranoid but I do not like this one bit given the current shareprice.
