    The scary thing is how obvious the real motivations are for this rasing. It's a clear play to buy enough votes to resist the shareholder revolt.

    I wonder how much Zheng received in payments for the placement?

    I'm no corporate lwayer but surely this cannot be legal? - issuing shares for a fee to buy votes?

    This needs to be given real visibility in the press - anyone know a journo at the Fin Rev?
