    Now that the short-term cash problem is over with minimal dilution, THR can move on with the anticipated activities...

    Upcoming Catalysts:

    1. More Springhill assays coming back

    2. Dundas Drilling (In Fraser Range Province) - should be now/soon (from previous discussion)

    3. THR to hold discussions with Meijin Group (anything can happen - e.g. Increase interest in THR's projects)

    4. Molyhil Off-Take back on the radar
