Yes, it is the expectation of results. Also, pattersons and THR are not stupid. They issue it at a lower price, say - 1.2cents. Sell the stock to sophisticated on the basis that "great news" is coming and bang, guarenteed multi-bagger. Thus, making it easier for them (pattersons) to sell the stock (to clients).

News will probably hit before stock hits the market. IMO will probably re-test 2.5cents then come back down to 1.8 after placement stock has flooded the market.

THEN and only then can further news improve SP beyond that 1.8 - 2.5cent range.
