My guess is they want. They are in an accumulation phase themselves. They know they have some valuable assets and the best way to take ownership is to issue shares in leiu of director wages (TICK) and repeatedly pull in the 15% of total shares issued at a capital raising to institutional and sophisticated investors (TICK). My offer will fall on deaf ears. The market capitalisation of this company should be multiples of where it is now.
