Can anyone comment on what these deferred shares mean? Are we effectively reducing the value of all shares of the company or just those in the placement? I just read the announcement again and it doesn't sound like a normal placement. Actually it doesn't read too well at all the more I read it.
Will this placement heavily reduce the net worth of this company? Will our shares be converted to deferred shares?
