The bit that worries me is that they said the funds will be used, amongst other things, working capital. Well of course I understand they need to pay themselves but I really do hope the majority of these funds are used to develop the various projects they have.
I think shareholders deserve that after such a lousy last 18 months that has seen most peoples investments reduced by 80+%.
